Here are a few outfits, created by me via Polyvore. In the summer I like to keep things simple with whites and pastels and don't tend to opt for bright colours, however I do like to get in some black whenever I can (I'm a sucker for wearing black!!). Zara have a lot of really good pieces for this summer as always, but an online store that I've also been loving this month is Asos because of pure fact that you can choose from so many brands all in one place, one that has caught my eye being Monki. Monki is affordable yet still manage to keep things looking fresh and stylish which can be tricky for some brands who focus mainly on making things affordable. So, here are a few looks that I would definitely wear in the summer or even on holiday!
I recently spent a little too much money on clothes for the summer even though we've only had a week or so of sun! Oh well, ha-ha I couldn't resist. Lately I've been trying to shop at paces where I wouldn't usually go to like Miss Selfridge and Mango (which I am obsessed with at the moment!!) And also I've been trying to incorporate a little more colour into my all black/white/grey wardrobe since the sun is starting to appear. Another thing that I've bought but not yet figured out how to style is a pair of Zara Birkenstocks style sandals which so many bloggers are wearing. (I haven't added a photo of them as I was thinking of doing a whole post on the!)
Black crochet top - H&M, £4.50 (via Ebay) White crop top - H&M, £3.99
Grey top - Miss Selfridge, £8
Black bralet - H&M, £1.99
Black/grey skirt - Zara (via Ebay), £4.50 White skirt - Mango, £27.99
Here are a few hairstyles that I can't wait to try when the sun comes out, and will look really cool for festivals or holidays! As you can tell I love short hair do's, braids and bun's and hair that looks effortless and chic. All the photos used are from people that I've reblogged on my tumblr - blushhx.tumblr.com
